Dee Dee has an accomplished background in gymnastics, dance, group fitness, musical theater and more. She started teaching Yoga in 2006. While looking for a traditional and well-rounded school she chose to pursue her 200 RYT at Yoga Tree. She loves helping others balance their lives and believes that through yoga everyone can become more flexible to withstand the winds of impermanence. Through pranayama (breath), asana (poses) and dhyana (meditation) every individual can learn to stay and breathe through challenging situations that provoke the fight or flight response.
Dee Dee enjoys being a witness of the wonderfully rewarding breakthroughs this practice offers within her students. “It is Bliss”. Whichever class you take she will surely amaze you with her charm and skill level. She delights in the following forms of Yoga: Hot Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Hatha, Meditation/Pranayama, and Vinyasa Flow.
