Nicki Brace, RYT200 I began practicing yoga in 1998 and started teaching in 2003. It was a natural fit as I was a group fitness instructor and dance teacher. I fell in love with Vinyasa Yoga, it was as if I was dancing on my mat! I was able to continue the creative outlet once I started teaching. I currently teach at the YMCA, Whiterock and The Magdalen House, a women's detox center. I believe the Yoga works, wherever you come from and for your ever-changing body and life. We all need comfort and contentment.
