Come join us for the ultimate yoga experience. Each class is designed to leave you feeling like you have gotten a workout and a spa treatment in one hour.

Beginner Yoga 101

YOGA 101 is an experiential and curricular look at the practice of yoga. It is the perfect entry point for those who have heard about the benefits of yoga and want to learn more; and it will also serve to enrich the understanding of those with an established practice. Topics and exercise will include basic alignment and action in yoga postures, essential breathing techniques in yoga and meditation. Choose from Saturdays at 8:30 am or Monday nights at 5:30 pm or take both for maximum benefit.

Flow and Rest
Experience Yoga postures in a quiet and thoughtful progression. Class finishes with a 20 minute rejuvinating restorative practice. Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm  or Sundays at 3:00 pm

Vinyasa I
Vinyasa means to flow with your breath.  This vigorous style of movement brings detoxification, strength, endurance and peace of mind.  (Mixed Level Class)  Offered daily.  Choose from Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:30 amTuesday and Thursday at 9:00 am, and Saturday at 9:45 am.

Vinyasa II
This 75 minute class gives students an in opportunity to practice yoga techniques in depth. Each class presents a new technique to explore. Classes are mixed level with opportunities for advanced practitioners to execute more challenging postures.Offered Sunday mornings at 9:45 am.

Yin Yoga
Yin is the opposite of heated Vinyasa practice.  It is a cool, firm, slow and  introspective style of practice.  Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to increase energy flow. Yin uses static postures, breath work  and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice.
